just brought it home today. all original. L134/T90/Spicer 18. runs. still 6v. original color is Michigan Yellow with red rims....probably going to Olive Drab. tire carrier going around to the back.

I've been using my '51 truck daily for 6 months now after installing a v8. I used the Novak Adapters. I also put in a rebuilt T90J and Transfer Case from Rich at Weedsville Willys. Two weeks ago, my manual clutch got stuck and I nursed the truck home with no clutch. A local repair shop helped me...

Stumbled onto you organization while searching Yahoo for Willys axle swaps. I just picked up a stock truck from Kentucky - it has the old Timken rear with 5.38 gears. all original except for engine and windshield frame, engine is a flathead willys supersonic 4cyl, was used in their later cars. stock driveline, gonna get new paint soon, will be normandy blue, the original color all new brake system, rewired... thats about it ...
